*Kindly note that all design requests should be made by filling in the design request form below.

*In addition, the request should be made a week prior to when you expect to receive completed designs.

*Kindly note that a maximum of three (3) revisions are allowed per request.

*You are required to attach high-resolution pictures and partner logos (if applicable) that will be used in the design process. Ensure that all owners of pictures fill in the consent form granting the University permission to use their image.
