By leveraging over 10 years of practical experience and expertise working with County Government, this training program aims to empower national and county government leadership with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to strengthen their revenue generation capabilities across legal, institutional, technological, and collection and enforcement domains.
Through our targeted interventions, data insights, and collaborative approaches, the program will groom government leaders to drive fiscal sustainability, good governance, and enhance service delivery.
- Develop capacity and empower government leadership with the knowledge and tools to understand, utilize and reform the existing legal, policy and institutional frameworks for revenue generation, ensuring good governance, compliance and minimized legal risks.
- To leverage data insights while benchmarking against world-class practices to build capacity of government leadership on revenue collection strategies development, curation of enforcement mechanisms, and compliance practices for revenue planning and optimization.
- To drive innovation in government by exposing government leadership to technological advancements and how to leverage technology for data-driven decision-making, potential assessment and forecasting, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement in revenue generation processes.
- To foster cross-agency collaboration and thought leadership among county and national governments by providing a platform for benchmarking and information sharing.
The revenue enhancement sustainable leadership program is designed explicitly for revenue management decision-makers at the national and county governments including executive leadership, chief officers, managers, directors, legal advisors, compliance officers and technology experts tasked to propose and implement strategic interventions and solutions.
The program delivery method is designed to provide a comprehensive and interactive learning experience for participants. The program will be delivered through;

Cancellations made at least 10 working days before the course will be refunded in full.
If a booking is cancelled 10 to 7 working days before a course, a Cancellation Fee of 25% of the course fee is payable.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 7 working days. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
Substitutions may be made at any time. Notwithstanding the above, delegates may transfer to another course to be run
within 6 months. Variance in the course fee will be invoiced or adjusted accordingly.
